How it Works:

  1. Log in to Acturis and navigate to the relevant Acturis record and click "Create Email."
  2. Select the required email template and complete all necessary fields in the email composer.
  3. Choose one of the following sending options:
    1. Edit in Outlook and send via RMail from Outlook.
    2. Send via RMail directly within Acturis.
  4. Select the required RMail features, such as Registered Email™, encryption, or eSignatures.
  5. Click "Send" to submit the email.
  6. The Registered Email™ and any attached documents will be automatically stored in the Electronic File section of the corresponding Acturis record.
